Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Travel With MindScript, we understand that travel plans may change. This Cancellation & Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which cancellations are accepted and refunds are processed.

1. Cancellation by Traveler

• All cancellation requests must be sent in writing via email to our official contact: contact@travelwithmindscript.com
• Cancellations will be effective from the date we receive your written request.

Refund Structure:

• More than 45 days before departure: Full refund
• 30 days before departure: Eligible for 50% refund after deducting service charges.
• 15–29 days before departure: Eligible for 25 % refund.
• Less than 15 days before departure: No refund.
• No-show or early departure during the trip: No refund.

2. Non-Refundable Services

Some services are non-refundable regardless of cancellation date, including:

• Flight/train/bus tickets once issued.
• Visa fees, permits, and insurance.
• Certain hotel and activity bookings (as per supplier rules).

3. Cancellation by Travel With MindScript

• In the rare case that we must cancel a tour due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., insufficient bookings, government restrictions, natural calamities), we will:
  • Offer an alternative tour/package of equal value, OR
  • Provide a full refund of the amount paid, excluding any third-party non-refundable costs.

4. Refund Processing

• Refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days from the cancellation confirmation.
• Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used at the time of booking.
• Any transaction or bank charges will be deducted from the refund amount.

5. Force Majeure (Beyond Our Control)

No refunds will be made if cancellations are due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

• Natural disasters, epidemics, strikes, political unrest, or government orders.
• Travel restrictions or border closures.

6. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover unexpected cancellations, medical emergencies, or trip interruptions.
