Know before you go
- This is a New Year Fixed Departure Group Tour. The itinerary, hotels, transportation and sightseeing may be modified due to weather, road conditions, traffic, local regulations, railway schedules, operational restrictions or unforeseen circumstances. Hotel names mentioned are indicative and may be replaced by a similar-category property depending on availability.
- Dawki sightseeing is subject to prevailing road and local conditions. If the regular route is not operational, an alternate sightseeing plan may be provided. If an alternate route to Dawki is available and chosen, additional vehicle charges may apply and will be payable directly.
- Travel With Mindscript reserves the right to make reasonable itinerary changes without compromising the overall tour experience.
Booking policies
Confirmation Policy
- * The booking will be confirmed upon receipt of an advance payment of βΉ6,000 per person.
- * Train tickets, hotels/camps, and transportation are subject to availability at the time of booking.
- * The booking will be considered confirmed only after the advance payment is received and written confirmation/vouchers are issued by Travel With Mindscript.
- * As this is a New Year Fixed Departure Tour, early booking is strongly recommended due to limited availability and peak-season demand.
- * Any special requests or additional services are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation requests must be made in writing via email or the official contact form.
- The booking amount/initial advance payment is non-refundable.
- 30 days or more before departure: 50% cancellation charge will be applicable.
- 15β29 days before departure: 75% cancellation charge will be applicable.
- Less than 15 days before departure: 100% cancellation charge will be applicable.
- Any non-refundable charges imposed by railways, hotels, camps, transport providers, activity operators or other suppliers will be deducted from the refundable amount.
- No refund will be provided for unused services, missed sightseeing, early departure, late arrival or voluntarily cancelled services after the tour has commenced.
- Any applicable refund will be processed to the original payment method, subject to applicable processing and banking timelines.
Refund Policy
- Refunds, wherever applicable, will be processed after receiving the cancellation confirmation and calculating the actual cancellation charges imposed by suppliers.
- Refunds are applicable only on the refundable portion of the booking.
- Non-refundable train tickets, hotel/camp bookings, transportation costs, special event arrangements and other supplier charges will not be refunded.
- No refund will be made for unused accommodation, meals, sightseeing, transportation or other services voluntarily not availed by the traveller.
- Delays, cancellations or changes caused by weather, natural calamities, road conditions, railway operations, government restrictions or other circumstances beyond the control of Travel With Mindscript will be handled as per the respective supplier's policy.
- Eligible refunds will be processed through the original mode of payment, subject to applicable banking/payment-processing timelines.
Payment Policy
- An advance payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your seat and travel arrangements.
- The remaining balance must be paid within the payment schedule communicated by Travel With Mindscript and before the commencement of the tour.
- 100% payment must be cleared before departure unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Train tickets and other time-sensitive bookings may require immediate/full payment as per supplier rules.
- Any additional services requested after confirmation will be charged separately.
- Failure to make payment within the agreed timeline may result in cancellation of the booking and applicable cancellation charges.
