Welcome to Thailand!
On arrival at Bangkok International Airport (BKK), meet our representative and proceed by private vehicle to Pattaya, approximately a 2-hour drive.
Upon arrival in Pattaya, check in to your hotel and relax.
In the evening, get ready to enjoy the spectacular Alcazar Cabaret Show, known for its colourful costumes, energetic performances and impressive stage production.
After the show, enjoy dinner at an Indian/Asian restaurant and return to the hotel.

After breakfast, proceed for an exciting Coral Island (Koh Larn) Tour by speedboat.
Enjoy the beautiful turquoise waters and sandy beaches of the island. You can relax on the beach, swim and enjoy the tropical surroundings. Optional water sports such as parasailing, banana boat and other activities can be enjoyed at an additional cost. Coral Island excursions are subject to weather and sea conditions.
Enjoy lunch during the tour and return to Pattaya in the afternoon.

After sightseeing, enjoy lunch at a local/Indian restaurant.
Return to Pattaya and spend the evening at leisure.

- This is a fixed-date group departure, and the itinerary, hotels, meals, sightseeing and transportation are arranged in advance.
- Once services are booked with suppliers, cancellation penalties may apply even if the traveller subsequently cancels the trip.
- Diwali season is a peak travel period. Availability is limited and supplier rates are generally higher than normal-season rates.
- Travellers must carry a valid passport and comply with all applicable Thailand entry and immigration requirements.

Booking policies
Confirmation Policy
- This is a Fixed Departure Group Tour with a pre-planned itinerary, fixed travel dates and fixed inclusions.
- Your seat will be considered confirmed only after receipt of the prescribed booking amount and written confirmation from Travel With Mindscript.
- Confirmation is subject to availability and payment deadlines specified by Travel With Mindscript.
- Since services for this fixed departure are blocked in advance, once confirmed, the booking may be subject to non-refundable supplier commitments.
- Hotel, vehicle, sightseeing and meal arrangements will be provided as per the final confirmed itinerary.
- Hotel names may be changed to another property of the same or similar category in case of operational requirements.
- Room allocation, adjoining rooms, specific room views and other special requests are subject to availability.
- Final travel vouchers and joining instructions will be shared after completion of the required payment and documentation.
- The itinerary sequence may be changed by Travel With Mindscript depending on traffic, local conditions, attraction timings and operational requirements without affecting the overall inclusions.
Cancellation Policy
- * Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to Travel With Mindscript. Cancellation charges will be calculated from the date the written cancellation request is received.
- At the time of booking: 25% of the total package cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
- * 45 to 31 days before departure: 50% of the total package cost will be charged.
- * 30 to 16 days before departure: 75% of the total package cost will be charged.
- * 15 days or less before departure: 100% of the total package cost will be charged.
- * No-show, late arrival, early departure or voluntary withdrawal from the tour: 100% of the total package cost will be charged.
- * Since this is a Fixed Departure during the Diwali peak season, certain hotels, airlines, sightseeing attractions and other suppliers may have stricter or completely non-refundable cancellation conditions. In such cases, the **actual supplier cancellation charges will apply**, even if they are higher than the standard cancellation charges mentioned above.
- * Any cancellation charges related to airfare, hotel bookings, sightseeing tickets, transportation, visa fees or other non-refundable services will be deducted as per actuals.
- * Once the tour has commenced, no refund will be provided for any unused service, including accommodation, meals, transfers, sightseeing or activities.
- * Passenger name changes, date changes or transfer of booking to another passenger are subject to supplier approval and may involve additional charges.
- * Travel With Mindscript reserves the right to apply the cancellation terms communicated in the final quotation/booking confirmation where those terms are more restrictive due to supplier or festive-season conditions.
Refund Policy
- Refunds, wherever applicable, will be processed after receiving the refundable amount from the respective suppliers.
- Applicable cancellation charges, supplier penalties, taxes, bank charges and administrative charges will be deducted before processing any refund.
- Refunds will normally be made to the original payment method.
- Processing time depends on the respective supplier and banking/payment gateway procedures.
- No refund will be provided for:
- Unused sightseeing.
- Unused meals.
- Unused hotel nights.
- Missed transfers.
- Late arrival or early departure.
- No-show.
- Voluntary withdrawal from any part of the itinerary.
- If an attraction or activity is cancelled due to weather, operational reasons or government restrictions, Travel With Mindscript will attempt to provide an alternative where reasonably possible. Refunds, if any, will be subject to the supplier's policy.
Payment Policy
- Booking Amount: ₹25000.
- The booking amount is required to secure the passenger's seat and initiate reservations for hotels, transportation and activities.
- Balance Payment: Full balance must be paid within the deadline communicated by Travel With Mindscript.
- For bookings made close to the departure date, 100% payment may be required at the time of booking.
- As this is a Diwali Fixed Departure, payment deadlines must be strictly followed.
- Failure to make the balance payment within the prescribed deadline may result in cancellation of the booking and applicable cancellation charges.
- GST, TCS and other applicable government taxes will be charged as per prevailing regulations.
- Any additional service requested after confirmation will be charged separately.
- Once supplier bookings are made, payment terms may become non-refundable as per the respective supplier's policy.
