Terms & Conditions

1. General

• These Terms & Conditions govern all bookings and services provided by Travel with Mindscript.
• By making a booking with us, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract.

2. Bookings & Payments

• All bookings must be made through our official website, email, or authorized agents.
• A booking is confirmed only after receipt of the required advance payment.
• Full payment must be made as per the schedule shared during booking.
• We accept payments via bank transfer, credit/debit cards, UPI, and other authorized payment methods.

3. Pricing & Inclusions

• Prices are quoted in INR and are subject to availability and change without prior notice.
• The inclusions and exclusions for each package are clearly mentioned on the website/itinerary. Please review carefully before booking.
• Any additional services requested by the traveler will incur extra charges.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellation requests must be made in writing (email or official contact form).
• Refund policy:
  • More than 45 days before departure: Full refund
  • 30 days before departure: 50% refund
  • 15–29 days before departure: 25% refund
  • Less than 15 days before departure: No refund
• Refunds will be processed within 10 working days after deduction of applicable charges.
• Some services (like flights, train tickets, visas) may be non-refundable as per supplier policies.

5. Traveler Responsibilities

• Travelers must carry valid travel documents (passport, visa, ID proofs, tickets, permits, etc.).
• It is your responsibility to comply with immigration, health, and customs regulations of the destination.
• Any loss or delay caused due to incomplete documents or traveler negligence will not be the responsibility of Travel with Mindscript.

6. Itinerary & Services

• Itineraries are subject to change due to weather, traffic, government regulations, or other unavoidable circumstances.
• We reserve the right to make necessary adjustments in the best interest of travelers.
• In case of unavailability of hotels, flights, or transport, equivalent alternatives will be provided.

7. Liability Disclaimer

• Travel with Mindscript acts as an intermediary between travelers and independent suppliers (airlines, hotels, transport operators, etc.).
• We are not liable for injury, loss, accident, delay, or damage caused by third-party services.
• We are not responsible for delays or cancellations due to natural calamities, strikes, government orders, or unforeseen events.

8. Travel Insurance

• We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to cover medical emergencies, cancellations, baggage loss, or accidents.
• Travel with Mindscript is not responsible for expenses not covered by the traveler’s insurance policy.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on our website (text, images, logos, itineraries) is the property of Travel with Mindscript and may not be copied or reproduced without written consent.

10. Governing Law

• These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India.
• Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Kalyan City.
